I do agree with your observation. Quite obvious actually and many of my co-workers had the same sentiment towards the movie.

I have watched the movie twice, I have so much expectation from the movie and at the end I was disappointed and watched it again to justify what I have felt the first time I watched it and my disappointment grew bigger because I am expecting a suppose to be a marvelous scene how Dumboldore got killer and the funeral. not to mention about the fight scene of the order and the death eaters. It is really sad if the film you love the most to watch failed you. I still love Harry Potter and hoping that they will give more justice for book 7 since they will doing it in 2 parts.

Me too very disappointing, in that movie Harry Potter was like just doing a grade 2 magic tricks which cannot defend himself when he was on cave with Dumbledore. And all fight scene was so short and lack of show off, drama and action. It was all short cut and too bad fot those people who doesn't read the book. They didn't really knew whats the difference between the book and movie. Yes its true that the next movie will be cut in Part I and II which if I am not mistaken there will be only 2-3 weeks in difference in showing the part I and II.

I watched the previous Harry Potter movie. i was planning to watch the latest potter movie but colleagues told me it was not what they expected. Too many had the same disappointing comments about the latest Potter movie. Hopefully the next one would be better. Potter 6 is not the last book, right?
