BLUGH to Allison staying on for one more week!!!! She REALLY needs to go. I was sad to see Matt leave but I think he'll get a record deal within days (or possibly has already signed one). I think it was a wake up call to Adam to be in the bottom 2. I am really getting annoyed at his cockiness and hope that next week he stops with all his weird simantics (sp?) and just sings dammit!

Ahhh! You've been fooled! Idol's trick worked!

Adam was not necessarily in the bottom 2. If you pay close attention, they only designate the bottom 3, then send one person back to "safety". That doesn't mean that Chris wasn't in the bottom 2. All they have to do is keep the bottom 1 out there to give him/her the boot.

Sneaky, huh?

Idol 2009 is a real stinker. There are many reasons why, but the most important is get rid of the 4th judge - no one cares what she thinks & it's too time consuming. Bring back the format of having a celebrity judge from time to time - much more entertaining. Also, have the celebrity mentors be actual music entertainers, not directors or actors.
Finally, I don't believe for 1 second that Adam was in the bottom 3, I think the idol folks (after seeing their dismal ratings) put him there to keep the interest up in an otherwise boooooorrrriiiing show. In my opinion Danny G. is the best singer, but he won't win, because all of the 13 year olds will vote for whomever they have a teenage crush on.
