The popular blog-creation tool, Blogger, has moved now from beta to final release, and they've put together a brand new tool to help you create and maintain your space in the blogosphere.  Of course, Blogger is a part of the Google family, and Google has made it fashionable to keep things in "beta" for long periods of time.  So this is a step in a different direction for them.  Shoot, Gmail is still technically in "beta" even though I know I've been using it for 3+ years myself and I was late getting to the party.

Personally, I think for your Windows PC, Wordpress still can't be beat for functionality and ease of use.  And if you other Wordpressers haven't already done so, go get Tiger Admin v3.0 for your Wordpress admin area.  This is outstanding stuff for the Wordpress folks out there, and it is a tremendous improvement over the 2.0 version.
