Yeah…so the last week or so has been very busy and full of things that've happened, so without further adieu, let me catch you up:

1) I became a manager at Cingular Wireless as of today, July 19th, 2004. They told me a week ago last Thursday, but I haven't had time to post it on here. It's official…and it's very cool.

2) I had gall bladder removal surgery (the technical term of which I won't begin to try and spell for you) on last Tuesday and I took the week off to recover…I have and I'm going back to work today. Thank God too, because I was getting a case of cabin fever…

3) Some friends of ours, Andrea and James, are getting married this weekend, and this past weekend was their “Stock the Bar” party…big fun. This upcoming weekend is the rehearsal dinner and wedding, which should be cool. I'm picking up my new suit that I got last week today as well. I'm gonna look sharp.

4) NCAA Football 2005 has come out and of course, I have it. I got it on Monday night. Love the EBGames.com…love 'em! So needless to say, I've been stuck in front of my PS2 for the good portion of the last week.

5) World of Warcraft is currently in closed beta testing, but that hasn't stopped some overly eager and fairly clever fans who aren't included in the closed beta from participating. I've managed to get a copy of the current beta phase of the game along with some software that allows me to connect to some server emulators…and wah-lah….I'm in. It's a very nice game…thanks to the folks at Got WoW? for helping those who want to play the game early. People may see this as illegal activity…but I disagree. I guarantee you that 90% of the people playing this game illegally right now using this method will end up purchasing the full retail game and paying the monthly fee required to play it…me being one of them.

That about covers everything. I'm back to work today…and we'll see what happens. More details on the manager position as I get them…taking a week off right after they tell you is kinda weird, so I don't have all the details of it yet…I will soon.

Hope everyone has a good week… :-)
