Like many Americans these days, Christy and I have a DVR…or Digital Video Recorder.  This is a brilliant technological advancement for entertainment purposes, as it allows you to record your favorite programs to view them whenever you’d like.  It’s great for us because Christy’s work schedule often has her getting home after 7pm and it’s nice to be able to not have to worry about our shows and just relax, fix dinner, exercise, etc.  Or as was the case last night, babysit my almost 2-year old nephew. With (almost) all of America watching, it’s come down to this…Jordin Sparks…Blake Lewis…singing their hearts out for YOUR vote…tonight is the night…this is American Idol!
