work…life…hurricanes…they all pretty much suck. well, life doesn't suck. sports…work…and hurricanes. There…they all suck. And the Tide…they REALLY suck. Yeah, there's another hurricane, this one bypassed south Florida and is now headed smack dab towards Alabama…and me. Well…us…I'm not the only one in this state, am I? So Christy and I got all the stuff off the pool deck, and we're going to finish bringing in all the loose furniture and knick-knacks from outside today. The brunt of the storm is supposed to hit us late tonight and into tomorrow morning. Most of the schools and businesses have closed down for both Thursday and Friday, expecting travel conditions to be too...

So the Barons won on Friday…lost on Saturday, and their season is effectively over…well, it's not effectively over, it IS over…dead over…finished…morgued…whatever. This weekend was odd, and I got drunk twice (including this moment)…I'm off tomorrow, so I'll recoup and hit it not very hard tomorrow. I will do laundry tomorrow (I'm saying this more for me and not for the folks reading). Katie, in case you were wondering, you're more normal than you would ever want to admit. Lover. I hope...

So it's Thursday…and the best news of the week is that they've extended the Stress Test Beta for World of Warcraft. It's been extended out to Sunday, where I think a new patch will be made available to those in the actual closed beta. I think we're only a month or two away from the actual game being released, so we're close now. I made a few friends in game as well that I'll be hanging out with when the actual game releases, so that's kinda cool too. I'll be at home most of the day tomorrow on the computer...

Don't seem like much…just a bunch of rain. So it's Tuesday, and I've got a weird week coming up. I work today…and tomorrow…and Thursday…then off Friday…and work Saturday…and off Sunday. Kinda weird…kinda not. I've got some work issues I'm having to sort out. It seems that when I'm not here, a couple of my team members take it upon themselves to act a fool as they say…cursing, putting other reps down, being generally loud and generally ghetto…and well, I can't stand...
